La losa de la Unidad 4 de la central nuclear de Chernobyl, de 2500 toneladas de peso, hab\u00eda volado por los aires en una explosi\u00f3n \ud83d\udca5 de vapor.<\/p>\n<p><a principio, culparon al personal de planta \ud83d\udc68\ud83c\udffd\u200d\ud83d\udcbc: Alexander Akimov y Leonid Toptunov, \u201c<em>si se hubieran seguido las normas, no habr\u00eda ocurrido el
