<\/div>T<\/span>he European Nuclear Young Generation Forum (ENYGF) is the one of the most awaited events for the nuclear young generations in Europe and all around the world. After the Spanish candidature to host the next ENYGF edition was approved during the las ENYGF edition in Ghent (Belgium), celebrated in 2019,\u00a0 <\/span>the last forum edition was held in Tarragona in September 2021. Few months later, from J\u00f3venes Nucleares \u2013 the Spanish young generation nuclear (YGN) \u2013 we could say that it was a resounding success as participation numbers, international scope and growth of the local young community and its bonds to the European YGNs.<\/p>\n

The Spanish YGN team has involved new people in their activities to promote an international forum of debate, sustained in an ambitious technical program. Experts from Europe and the most representative heads of the international organizations participated to support the young community, narrowing bounds between research, academia, industry. Out European colleagues also participated, strengthening our role in the international community boosting future projects and collaboration. Last, but not least, the forum has inspired students showing them possibilities and new experience to promote their involvement in our local and international activities that pursue our commission objectives: knowledge dissemination and talent attraction to the nuclear field.<\/p>\n

This paper gathers our experience, reflecting on our approach to the forum after the ENYGF21 edition that was held last September in Tarragona city. \u00a1There we go!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
