The project has been carried out at Tecnatom and has received fantastic reviews on its first staging.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The ANAV Emergency Response Organizations (EROs) Online Training Project has been developed by a multidisciplinary team made up of experts in emergencies, specialized instructors, human factors consultants and experts in the development of audiovisual contents and IT.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As will be seen throughout the article, this new training allows students to be an active part of their training process, facilitating the selection of non-compulsory content, allowing more flexible learning times, and adapting to the training needs of the different professional profiles of the EROs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The contents not only address the descriptive point of view of the tasks to be performed during an emergency, but also show how they should be executed in practice, capturing the student&#8217;s attention, and facilitating the understanding of the most complex concepts thanks to different didactic techniques: AI, Vyond, 3D images, animated summaries, gamification&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The reader will discover a new approach that fills the gap of other training programs, initial and continuous, by better adapting to the new social and nuclear sector demands, ensuring the achievement of learning objectives with a high-quality entertaining training material created with innovative methods.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cThe brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear\u201d\u00a0(Nelson Mandela).
