Attendees enjoyed an energetic chocolate and churros recreating the story. The space was decorated with several Is\u00f3Topo stuffed animals and panels of the characters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the paper version, a digital version is available on the SNE website <\/span>(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sne.es\/publicaciones\/biblioteca\/alara-y-la-fabrica-de-luz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alara y la F\u00e1brica de Luz &#8211; sne.es<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Employment and Professional Development Commission\n<p><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Commission offered several activities aimed at promoting its talent development initiatives in the nuclear sector. Highlight the role-playing exercise of the mentoring program. Magnets and bookmarks with a QR code were provided to directly access the Commission&#8217;s Employment Portal. It also included a \u201cSTOP EMERGENCY\u201d button in its action that, when pressed, informed about the improvements implemented this year in the Employment Portal. Finally, an awards ceremony was held for the mentees who were part of this year&#8217;s mentoring program<\/span>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Terminology Commission<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\nThe Terminology Commission were present in the #nuclear space showing a poster that summarized the most relevant milestones in its history, also being a small tribute to all its members over time. This Commission is the cornerstone in the task of disseminating nuclear knowledge in Spain, highlighting as a result of its work the SNE Dictionary which grows and is updated every year, providing a valuable tool for the translation of specialized documents.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Editorial Commission of the Magazine\n<p><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to making numerous paper magazines available to congressmen, this Commission prepared a game that consisted of throwing balls at a target that includes the history of the SNE and writing a message related to the correct decade. The message is placed on the kiosk, which reproduces the content of the Newspaper Library on the <\/span>Nuclear Espa\u00f1a<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> portal. Three messages were selected and an apron was given to their authors that remembers <strong>\u201cWhat is cooked in the magazine\u201d<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-27528\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"762\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista.jpg 928w, https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista-300x110.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista-770x282.jpg 770w, https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista-500x183.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista-293x107.jpg 293w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 762px) 100vw, 762px\" \/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-27528\" src=\"https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"762\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista.jpg 928w, https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista-300x110.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista-770x282.jpg 770w, https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista-500x183.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.revistanuclear.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/Comision-Revista-293x107.jpg 293w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 762px) 100vw, 762px\" \/><\/noscript><\/a><\/li>\n<li><b>Women in Nuclear Espa\u00f1a (WiN) Commission<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this space, WiN presented the models used in its STEM talks, key tools for scientific dissemination that the association has developed to bring nuclear science and technology closer to the general public and students.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I also present the face-to-face activities that it is preparing, designed to enhance the development of soft skills among its members (effective communication, leadership and change management).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Program Commission<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Program Commission presented a question and answer game, Kahoot, as entertainment to stimulate knowledge of the Commission with great success among members.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Communication Commission<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Commission&#8217;s activity has been a reinforcement of the action to support Almaraz that could be seen on posters in the congress palace and that will continue to be used on social networks.
