At a crucial moment, in which the nuclear sector is both as obliged as willing to reinvent itself in all areas to face the new challenges and continue to be the most responsible option for generating energy, training in nuclear emergencies has already taken the leap.
This article describes the methodology and resources used to bring a revolutionary project to success. The project has been carried out at Tecnatom and has received fantastic reviews on its first staging.
The ANAV Emergency Response Organizations (EROs) Online Training Project has been developed by a multidisciplinary team made up of experts in emergencies, specialized instructors, human factors consultants and experts in the development of audiovisual contents and IT.
As will be seen throughout the article, this new training allows students to be an active part of their training process, facilitating the selection of non-compulsory content, allowing more flexible learning times, and adapting to the training needs of the different professional profiles of the EROs.

The reader will discover a new approach that fills the gap of other training programs, initial and continuous, by better adapting to the new social and nuclear sector demands, ensuring the achievement of learning objectives with a high-quality entertaining training material created with innovative methods.
