In unbeatable weather conditions, the SNE 50th Anniversary Golf Championship was held on Saturday, June 15th.
Up to 14 players gathered at the field selected for this occasion, which was Montealvar in Guadalajara.
At the end of the courses, the first three places in the classification and, therefore,
creditors of the three trophies at stake, which will be awarded during the Social Act to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the SNE, were:
1st – José Luis Delgado 40 pts
2nd – Tomás Recio 40 pts
3rd – Javier Guerra 39 pts
The tie at 40 points was resolved according to the handicap of each player. The lower the handicap, the better the classification.
Once the competition was over, it was time to have lunch at the facilities of the course itself and round off, thus, a magnificent day of meetings, in this case of nuclear golf players, to celebrate the first 50 years of life of our Spanish Nuclear Society.
