The importance of the human factor

Since its founding, TAMOIN has implemented various policies to prioritize the health and safety of its people across all its business lines. The shared attitudes and beliefs of all members of the company and organization regarding health, risks, accidents, illnesses, and preventive measures are paramount and essential for continued progress toward excellence in SAFETY AND HEALTH.

A preventive culture is “a sustained and stable way of managing and supervising the company, in accordance with health and safety values, that fosters a climate conducive to preventive behavior among all individuals in the organization, recognizing successes and learning from mistakes”.

The human factor and preventive culture

Within an organization, the Human Factor—that is, people and their decision-making—is fundamental to fostering a positive work environment and empowering the responsibility and preventive judgment of all employees, regardless of their position. Therefore, their motivations have been addressed from various perspectives to achieve this level of involvement and commitment.

Workplace well-being, participation, and continuous innovation

Regarding the work environment, people are the most important asset. Therefore, we foster a positive work climate, prioritizing employee well-being through surveys, analyses, sports and social activities, and healthy food.

Another key aspect is the participation of all members of the organization and continuous innovation. We have suggestion boxes and forums where all employees can express their opinions and proposals for improvement to ensure an increasingly safe and healthy work environment. Furthermore, we have a continuous innovation department dedicated to studying and promoting the use of the latest technologies and advancements to improve the work environment and ensure that the human factor is a priority in our organization.
